Booking and Appointment Policies

• We operate by appointment only

• Please arrive on time to your appointment, please avoid arriving early due to on going treatments and any late arrivals may be turned away. Note- for appointments that we are unable to perform due to lateness there may be a small charge

• To prevent no shows we operate by taking a percentage of your booking when someone doesn’t show to their appointment. The is automatically taken by our booking system.

• Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your booking. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

• We operate a challenge 25 policy so don't be offended if we ask you for ID.

Cancellation Policies

• If you wish to change the date of your booking we require a minimum of 2 days notice. To make a change to your booking please log into the booking system.

• If you are notifying us less than 48 hours prior to your appointment then then you may incur a charge.
