Bookings

Is there a booking fee for an appointment?

Yes, this is to prevent no shows and so we can manage our stock accordingly. All booking fee payments are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

I'm not able to attend my booking-please can I reschedule?

If you wish to change the date of your booking we require a minimum of 2 days notice. To make a change to your booking please log into the booking system.

I need to cancel my booking will I be charged?

If you are notifying us less than 48 hours prior to your appointment then you may be charged a percentage fee.

Do I have to book an appointment?

Yes unless stated otherwise we operate by appointment only.

 

I don't know what treatment to book, can you help me?

If you're unsure what treatment you need, we would advise you to book a consultation. If you are booking filler and you are unsure of the amount needed then feel free to book the treatment you think. It's very common for people to change treatment during the consultation with our technician.

I am unable to find a suitable appointment time?

If you are unable to find a suitable time please email us at admin@una-jones.com and we will try our very best to work something out for you.

What are your opening hours?

Monday-closed

Tuesday- 10am-8pm

Wednesday- 10am-9pm

Thursday- 10am-8pm

Friday- 10am-3pm

Saturday- 10am-3pm

Sunday- 10am-3pm

You can check your fresha booking appointment message for location information or please message us if you can't find us.

We have onsite parking

Can you bring children into the Clinic?

Unfortunatelv due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your booking fee. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

Do I need ID?

We operate a challenge 25 policy so don't be offended if we ask you for ID.

Feeling unwell the day of your Treatment?

If you are experiencing symptoms such as sickness, high temperature etc then please do not attend the Clinic and let us know the situation.

 

Other Information

Can pay with Cash or Card?

You can choose the method of payment in the Clinic but please note we do not hold much change on site.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

We do, these can be purchased on our booking system or you can contact us directly.
